Heading for a roadmap
The program is leading you trough a process of creating a roadmap, based on your vision and mission statements ,towards a clarity in goals and milestones on mid- and longterm.We are using the expression “roadmap” to differentiate from the usual “strategy” in order to describe more accurately the deliveries of this product .The exercise is starting with a series of peer-to-peer deep interviews to understand the actual status of the company and the wished one ,and the main gaps and hurdles . We are delivering a complete and comprehensive roadmap for the upcoming years ,at least in three different scenarios .
Mentoring
The mentoring process is dedicated to beginners in strengthening their career path and knowledge in specific fields and general management, and also to experienced middle and top managers ,who see opportunities in enhancing their skills and competences.
The basis’ of the process is a mutual agreement ,regarding the rules to be applied, the speed and frequency of meetings, and mainly the goal to be achieved.
The process could not be last more than 3 month and less than 6 weeks.

A program targeting middle and top managers, offering a new set of management tools and technics, in order to improve their performance and mood.
The process begins with a deep look in the eating and used leadership styles and tools of the participants.Working out a tailored set of tools and technics for each individual participant.

Our days the new media/technological generations are active in the workforce market. Therefore often in one company the management has to deal with 3-4 different generations characterised by significant cultural and behavioural differences .The program is giving a set of tools in understanding and managing these differences.

The new global trends of urbanisation and the top attention for digital world lead to decreasing professional skills in professions with high skills needed in the handling manual tools, were the robots or any other digital solution is not able to cover the needs of the profession.The number of sever accidents is increasing in these industries challenging the top and middle management!This program is giving a support for the operative, middle and top management regarding work safety issues.
During the program we deliver an overall assessment for the company or/and teams targeted by the program from HSE perspective and a set of management skills and tools, needed in this journey.
